Our Origin

Since more than 20 years SFI (formerly LOGITEX Instruments) serves areas such as semiconductor production, industrial coating, nano technology, micromechanics, solar technology and other highly technical fields with repairs and other services. These services cover plasma etching, wet chemistry, deposition, lithography, diffusion, epitaxy, high frequency technology, voltage supply, vacuum technology and other special applications.
